Congratulations to our competitive robotics team, Team Sprocket, for their quarter finals finish in the FIRST ROBOTICS CHAMPIONSHIPS in Houston, Texas. Friday, at the end of the qualifying rounds, they were ranked 9th in the Newton Subdivision. Saturday morning, April 22, 2017, they moved up to become one of the alliance captains, choosing their own alliance for the quarter finals. Their alliance lost their first of the best of three matches but came back strong to win the second match. Unfortunately, their alliance lost the third match despite a very strong performance. We are very proud of the members of our team that competed against other top world competitors from the US, Turkey, Australia, China, Taiwan, Israel, Lebanon, Mexico, Germany and Switzerland.
