Course Description

Welcome to the Career Exploration offered by East San Gabriel Valley Regional Occupational Program at Diamond Bar High School.  This course will contain lessons designed so that you will receive and overall knowledge of current Google applications.  We will also cover sections of expected office procedures as well as business vocabulary, communication skills, presentations, ethics, and job readiness.

Our objective is to provide our students with quality instruction so they may obtain the necessary competencies for an actual work environment.  In order to achieve this objective, we will be offering lessons that include computer, communication, interpersonal skills, and job readiness training.  This instruction will allow the students to learn in a variety of educational styles.

Experience

• Taught over 15 years in the business and retail sales. 
• Graduated from Cal Poly, Pomona with BS in Business Administration 
• Graduated from National University with Masters in Education
• Certified as Microsoft MOUS Master
• Owned a t-shirt business.
